Delegatus non protest
Delegatus is not opposed to the delegaire principle in constitutional and administrative law and is a Latin proverb meaning "no powers can be further delegated".
It simply means that the person who has been entrusted with some power cannot delegate that power to someone else, the reason behind this principle is that the person who got the power or authority to act from another person should perform the work himself because there is a fiduciary relationship between the person entrusting the work and the person entrusted with the work and this power or authority should not be delegated to a person who is unknown to the person entrusted with the work.
