Mission Basundhara 3.0 – Official Portal for Assam Land Records Update
Mission Basundhara 3.0: Mission Basundhara is a flagship program launched on 2nd October 2021 by the Department of Revenue and Disaster Management, Government of Assam. Led by the Chief Minister of Assam, the initiative aims to streamline, resolve, and make land revenue services more accessible to citizens.
The Mission Basundhara Portal is expected to significantly reduce delays in updating land records, providing citizens with stress-free, seamless services without the need to visit revenue circle offices.
This mission also aligns with the goal of achieving 100% digitization of maps and the full integration of maps, land records, and registration systems under the Digital India Land Records Modernization Program (DILRMP). Citizens will benefit from real-time access to land records, ensuring greater transparency and efficiency in land management.

The Government of Assam launched the Mission Basundhara initiative in 2021, which received an overwhelming response, with more than 8 lakh applications submitted. Building on this success, the Government introduced Mission Basundhara 3.0 on 20th October 2024, offering several new services along with the existing ones. How to Apply for Mission Basundhara 3.0

Steps to Apply Online
- Explore Services: Scroll to the Services of Mission Basundhara section and click the application link for the desired service. | 2. Access the Portal: The official web portal will open in a new tab. Click the Apply button for the selected service.
- Login with Mobile: Enter your active mobile number and click Send OTP. | 4. Submit OTP: Enter the OTP and click Submit OTP to log in.
- Complete Step 1 & 2: Provide personal details and upload required documents. | 6. Complete Step 3 & 4: Review, confirm, and submit your application.
- Acknowledgment Copy: After submission, you will receive an acknowledgment copy. | 8. Save Acknowledgment: Keep the copy for future reference.
