Anganwadi Worker and Helper Recruitment 2025 Vacancy Details

1. Name of the Post: Anganwadi Worker

Salary: Rs.6,500/- Per Month

No. of Post: 10 Posts

Salary: Rs.3,250/- Per Month

Eligibility Criteria:-

Resident-ship: The candidate who apply for the post of Anganwadi Worker/ Anganwadi Helper shall be a permanent resident residing in the concerned Anganwadi Centre survey area where Anganwadi Centre is located.

The residential proof of the candidate for the post of Anganwadi Worker/ Anganwadi Helper must be issued by the Gaon Pradhan/ Ward Member/ President .

Age Limit:

The Candidates Should Not be less Than 18 Years of Age and Not more than 44 Years. As on 1st January 2025.

• For ST Candidates: 05 Years+

• For SC Candidates: 05 Years+

• For OBC Candidates: 03 Years+

Educational Qualification:

(i) Anganwadi Worker: Candidates must have passed Higher Secondary (Class 12th). If HS passed candidates not available in a particular area, then  HSLC/AHM passed candidates will also be considered as eligible.

(ii) Anganwadi Helper: Candidates must have passed HSLC/ AHM.  If HSLC/AHM passed candidates not available in a particular area, then Class IX passed candidates will also be considered as eligible. 

Selection Process of Anganwadi Worker and Helper

The selection of Anganwadi Worker and Anganwadi Helper (Sahayika) will be completed based on their merit. Candidates are suggested to keep in touch and check official notice board regularly as list of valid applicants and date of interview/ exam (as applicable if any) may be displayed on the office notice board only.
