State Bank of India (SBI) has released the Admit Card of Online Preliminary Exam for the recruitment of 600 Probationary Officer Posts in various branches of SBI across the country. SBI Probationary Officer Posts exam has been scheduled to be held on 8th, 16th, and 24th March 2025.

# Your admit card will be generated. Take a print out of your SBI Admit Card and carry the same to exam hall on the day of SBI Probationary Officer Exam 2025.

Selection Process of SBI PO Recruitment
The selection for Probationary Officers will be done through a three phase process. All stages are as mentioned below:
Preliminary Examination (Phase I)
Preliminary Examination consisting of Objective Test for 100 marks will be conducted online. The test will have of 3 Sections (with separate timings for each section) as follows:

Main Examination (Phase II)
Main Examination will be conducted online and will consist of Objective Tests for 200 marks and Descriptive Test for 50 marks. The Descriptive Test will be administered immediately after conclusion of the Objective Test and candidates will have to type their Descriptive Test answers on the computer.
Objective Test: The duration of objective test is 3 hours and it consists of 4 Sections of total 200 marks. There will be separate timing for every section.

Descriptive Test: The duration of Descriptive Test is 30 minutes. The Descriptive Test will be administered immediately after conclusion of the Objective Test and candidates will have to type their Descriptive Test answers on the computer. It will be a Test of Communication Skills: Emails, Reports, Situation Analysis & Precis Writing with total 50 marks.
Interview (Phase III)
The Bank may conduct a Psychometric test for personality profiling, of those candidates who will be shortlisted for Phase III. The finding of the test may be placed before the Interview panel for having a thorough perspective on the candidates.
The 3rd Phase may comprise of Interview (30 marks) & Group Exercises (20 marks).
Candidates will have to score minimum qualifying marks in Phase-III to be considered for final selection. The minimum qualifying marks will be decided by the Bank.
