To avail of these services, you need to follow these simple steps:
Fill Out the Form: The correction form must be completed in the standard format as provided by the Gauhati University. This form includes options to specify your exact requirement, such as corrections or duplicate requests.
Submit via Head of Department/Principal: The appropriate department or the College authority must duly sign and forward the form to the Examination Branch.
Visit Designated Offices: Submit the signed form at the Examination Branch, Gauhati University, 2nd Floor (Room No. C-010 & C-011) or the Confidential Branch at the Controller of Examinations (COE) Office.

The COE office advises students/guardians not to approach Controller/ Deputy Controller directly without prior appointments.
