- Educational Qualification: BE (Civil); Preferred: M.Tech/MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification

- Consolidated Pay: Rs. 1,25,000/- per month
- Minimum Experience: 20 years of technical experience, including 10 years in a senior managerial role. Preference for candidates with experience in Central/State Govt., Public Sector Undertakings, or Autonomous bodies.

2. Asstt. Manager (Sr. Grade), Human Resource
- Level: E0
- Number of Posts: 1
- Educational Qualification: Graduate; Preferred: MBA in HR
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years
- Consolidated Pay: Rs. 35,000/- per month
- Minimum Experience: 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing unit

3. Maintenance Fitter
- Level: S2
- Number of Posts: 1
- Educational Qualification: ITI Maintenance Fitter certification; Preferred: Diploma in relevant field
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years
- Consolidated Pay: Rs. 25,000/- per month
- Minimum Experience: 3 years of Maintenance Fitter experience in a spinning/manufacturing unit

4. Electrician
- Level: S1
- Number of Posts: 1
- Educational Qualification: ITI Electrician certification; Preferred: Diploma in relevant field
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years
- Consolidated Pay: Rs. 20,000/- per month
- Minimum Experience: 2 years of Electrician experience in a spinning/manufacturing unit
