Duration: Initially 6 months; extendable on half-yearly basis depending on performance and project requirements.
Pay: ₹28,000 + 18% HRA (₹5,040) = ₹33,040/- per month
Maximum Age Limit: 35 years
Educational Qualification & Experience
Essential Qualification:
- Graduate in Psychology / Education / Public Health / Social Work / Sociology + 3 years’ experience in related fields
OR - Postgraduate in Psychology / Education / Public Health / Social Work / Sociology
Desirable Experience:
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in research / field / community education projects
- Experience in adolescent-focused projects
- Work/research experience in the education sector
- Contribution to peer-reviewed journals or research publications
- Skilled in report drafting, documentation, and dissemination
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Fluency in English and local language
