Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Must be a Graduate in any discipline and a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Experience
Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience as a Company Secretary in a reputed organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance with the Companies Act and other relevant regulations.
- Organizing Board and Committee meetings and maintaining proper minutes.
- Upholding corporate governance and statutory compliance standards.
- Maintaining all statutory records and filing returns.
- Acting as a liaison between the Board, Government departments, and regulatory authorities.
