Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit (as on 01/07/2025)
Minimum Age: 21 Years
Maximum Age: 30 Years
Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules.
Educational Qualification
- 10+2 (Senior Secondary) passed or equivalent from a recognized Board.
- Should be able to drive heavy vehicles with confidence.
- Valid driving license for Heavy Motor Vehicles (as on closing date of receipt of Online Application Form).
- Possess knowledge of maintenance of vehicles.

Selection Process
The selection process consists of multiple stages that all candidates must complete:
Computer Based Test (CBT)
100 marks objective-type multiple-choice paper with questions from General Awareness, General Intelligence, Numerical Ability, and Road Sense.
Physical Endurance & Measurement Test
Assessment of physical fitness and measurements including height, chest, and endurance tests.
Trade Test (Driving Test)
Practical driving test for LMV & HMV vehicles, knowledge of traffic rules and vehicle maintenance.
Medical Examination
Comprehensive medical check-up to ensure fitness for the role.

Physical Measurement Test (PMT)
- Height: Minimum 170 cm (relaxable by 5 cm for Hill area, ST, and wards of Delhi Police personnel)
- Chest: 81–85 cm (4 cm expansion), relaxable by 5 cm in certain categories
Exam Pattern
The Computer Based Examination will consist of one objective-type multiple-choice paper containing 100 questions carrying 100 marks, to be completed in 90 minutes.
