Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- Permanent resident of Assam
- Fresh graduate (2025 pass-out only)
- From Govt./Public institutions in Assam
- Currently unemployed
Exclusion Criteria
- Children of government employees (except Class IV)
- Children of ministers and MLAs
- Children of govt. registered contractors
- Children of parents earning over ₹10 lakh annually
- Students from open universities and private institutions

One-Time Registration
Visit the DIDS portal and complete your one-time registration with required details
Login & Fill Form
After registration, login to the portal and access the online application form
Enter Details
Fill in all required credentials and upload necessary documents
Submit Application
Review your application and click submit. Take a printout for your records
